- 9 oz fresh cheese-filled tortellini
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter

Instructions
- Cook the tortellini in salted boiling water according to package instructions until they float. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly, and bring to a simmer for about two minutes.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
- Gently fold in the cooked tortellini and frozen peas, cooking for an additional minute until well combined.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan if desired.
