A delicious and creamy beef and cabbage casserole topped with melted cheese.
Ingredients

- 4 cups cooked beef, chopped or shredded
- 6 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 cups grated Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil or cooking spray for greasing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a 9×13 dish.
- Steam or sauté cabbage until nearly tender.
- Whisk broth, cream, sour cream, Worcestershire, and mustard powder.
- Stir in cabbage and beef.
- Mix in half of each cheese.
- Transfer mixture to dish and top with remaining cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes until golden.
- Broil for 1 minute if deeper color is desired.
- Rest before slicing and serve warm.

- This dish is perfect for leftovers, reheating well the next day.
