Description
A no-bake dessert classic — layers of soft graham crackers, silky vanilla cream filling, and whipped topping, all finished with rich chocolate ganache and crunchy nuts. It chills into the perfect slice-able cloud of creamy, chocolate-topped heaven.

- 2 sleeves graham crackers (original, not cinnamon)
- 2 cups (480ml) cold milk
- 2 (3.4 oz) boxes instant vanilla pudding
- 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
- 1 ½ cups (360ml) heavy whipping cream (or 1 tub Cool Whip)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- ½ cup heavy cream (hot)
- 1 tbsp butter (optional for shine)
- Chopped nuts (peanuts, pecans, almonds, or hazelnuts) – optional
Instructions
- Make the Cream Filling: In a bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth and fluffy. Add cold pudding mix + cold milk and whisk until thick. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks and fold in (or just fold in Cool Whip). Stir in vanilla. Filling should be thick, luscious, and spoon-smooth.
- Layer the Cake: Lay down a flat, single layer of graham crackers in a 9×13-inch dish. Spread half the cream filling over the crackers. Add another layer of graham crackers. Spread the remaining cream filling. Top with a final layer of graham crackers.
- Make the Ganache: Pour hot cream over chocolate. Let sit 1 minute, then stir until shiny. Stir in butter if you want that glossy chocolate drip look. Pour ganache evenly over the top cracker layer.
- Chill: Refrigerate at least 4 hours (overnight is best). This allows the crackers to soften into a cake-like texture.
- Finish: Sprinkle with chopped nuts before serving. Slice. Serve. Melt.
