A delicious and easy-to-make rotisserie chicken salad that combines shredded chicken with creamy dressing, walnuts, and cranberries.

- 16 oz rotisserie chicken (1 whole chicken, picked)
- 1 cup mayonnaise (or use plain Greek Yogurt)
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 8 oz dried cranberries
- 2 ribs celery (finely chopped)
- to taste salt and pepper
Instructions
- Pick and shred rotisserie chicken.
- Stir in Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, cranberries, celery, walnuts, and salt & pepper.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
