Ingredients

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 ripe avocado, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 tbsp lime juice

- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine corn, cherry tomatoes, avocado, and red onion.
- Add cilantro, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss gently to mix all ingredients evenly.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh corn for the best flavor, but frozen works well too.
