Description

Delicious and indulgent Cookies & Cream Stuffed Donuts filled with a creamy Oreo filling and topped with a sweet glaze.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup (50 g) cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup (150 g) sugar
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil (or melted butter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
  • ½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 6 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
  • 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Crushed Oreo cookies for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed (do not overmix).
  5. Pipe or spoon batter into donut pan, filling about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 12–15 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
  7. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  8. Fold in crushed Oreos.
  9. Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a round tip.
  10. Using a sharp knife, make a small hole in each donut.
  11. Pipe cookies & cream filling into the center until plump.
  12. Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla into a smooth glaze.
  13. Dip donuts in glaze, letting excess drip off.
  14. Sprinkle generously with crushed Oreos.

  • Ensure donuts are completely cool before filling to prevent melting the cream.
