Description
Delicious and indulgent Cookies & Cream Stuffed Donuts filled with a creamy Oreo filling and topped with a sweet glaze.

- 2 cups (250 g) all-purpose flour
- ½ cup (50 g) cocoa powder
- ¾ cup (150 g) sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 cup (240 ml) buttermilk
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup (60 ml) vegetable oil (or melted butter)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream
- ½ cup (60 g) powdered sugar
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 6 Oreo cookies, finely crushed
- 1 cup (120 g) powdered sugar
- 2–3 tbsp milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Crushed Oreo cookies for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a donut pan.
- In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix buttermilk, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until just mixed (do not overmix).
- Pipe or spoon batter into donut pan, filling about ¾ full.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.
- Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Fold in crushed Oreos.
- Transfer to a piping bag fitted with a round tip.
- Using a sharp knife, make a small hole in each donut.
- Pipe cookies & cream filling into the center until plump.
- Whisk powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla into a smooth glaze.
- Dip donuts in glaze, letting excess drip off.
- Sprinkle generously with crushed Oreos.
Notes
- Ensure donuts are completely cool before filling to prevent melting the cream.
- Store filled donuts in the refrigerator for best freshness.
- Feel free to adjust the amount of crushed Oreos for topping based on preference.
