Instructions

- Melt chocolate and butter together until smooth.
- Whisk eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until pale and thickened.
- Fold chocolate mixture into eggs gently.
- Sift in flour and salt; fold until just combined.
- Divide batter among ramekins; bake 12–14 minutes.
- Let sit 1–2 minutes, then invert onto plates. Serve warm.
