Delicious grilled chicken kababs packed with flavors and spices.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 small onion finely grated
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh coriander
- 1 – 2 green chilies minced
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
- 2 – 3 tbsp oil or melted butter
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Add ground chicken, grated onion, herbs, chilies, spices, oil, and salt to a bowl.
- Mix gently until just combined. Let rest for 10 minutes.
- Shape mixture around skewers or into logs.
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat and brush lightly with oil.
- Place kababs on the pan and cook without moving for 3–4 minutes.
- Turn and cook until evenly browned and cooked through.
- Transfer to a plate and finish with a squeeze of lemon.

- Let the mixture rest to enhance the flavors.
- Adjust the chilies according to your spice preference.
