A delicious and unique twist on traditional pizza, combining the flavors of Chicken Caesar Salad with a crispy pizza base.


Ingredients

  • 1 prepared pizza crust (homemade or store-bought)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 chicken breasts (grilled or pan-seared, sliced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 3 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ½ cup croutons
  • ¼ cup crispy bacon bits
  • Extra Parmesan shavings

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Grill or pan-sear until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into strips.
  3. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  4. Brush pizza crust with olive oil and garlic.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over crust.
  6. Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.
  8. Add bacon bits and Parmesan shavings.
  9. Once crust is baked, top with Caesar salad mix.
  10. Add sliced chicken and croutons.
  11. Drizzle with extra Caesar dressing if desired.
  12. Slice and enjoy immediately while the crust is warm and the salad is crisp.

Notes

  • For a healthier option, use a whole wheat pizza crust.
  • Feel free to add other toppings like cherry tomatoes or avocado.
