A delicious and unique twist on traditional pizza, combining the flavors of Chicken Caesar Salad with a crispy pizza base.

- 1 prepared pizza crust (homemade or store-bought)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove (minced)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 chicken breasts (grilled or pan-seared, sliced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 3 cups romaine lettuce (chopped)
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ½ cup croutons
- ¼ cup crispy bacon bits
- Extra Parmesan shavings
Instructions
- Season chicken breasts with olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Grill or pan-sear until golden brown and cooked through. Slice into strips.
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Brush pizza crust with olive oil and garlic.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over crust.
- Bake 10–12 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- In a large bowl, toss romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.
- Add bacon bits and Parmesan shavings.
- Once crust is baked, top with Caesar salad mix.
- Add sliced chicken and croutons.
- Drizzle with extra Caesar dressing if desired.
- Slice and enjoy immediately while the crust is warm and the salad is crisp.
Notes
- For a healthier option, use a whole wheat pizza crust.
- Feel free to add other toppings like cherry tomatoes or avocado.
- Leftover chicken can be used for this recipe.
