Description
A delicious and cheesy Italian Stromboli roll filled with pepperoni, ham, and a blend of cheeses, perfect for a quick meal or snack.

- 1 lb (450 g) pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup pizza sauce (plus more for dipping)
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 20–25 slices pepperoni
- 6 slices deli ham or salami (optional for extra meatiness)
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll pizza dough into a rectangle (about 10×14 inches).
- Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce, leaving a 1-inch border around edges.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and provolone evenly.
- Layer pepperoni and ham/salami slices on top.
- Starting from the long edge, roll dough tightly into a log. Pinch seams and tuck ends under. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Brush with beaten egg, then drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with parsley and serve with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

- For a vegetarian option, omit the meat.
