Description
Deliciously cheesy and buttery pull-apart rolls infused with garlic and topped with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

- 3 1/4 cups (400 g) all-purpose flour
- 2 1/4 tsp (1 packet) active dry yeast
- 1 cup (240 ml) warm milk (110°F / 43°C)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup (60 g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 large egg
- 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted (for garlic butter)
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt (for garlic butter)
- 1 1/2 cups (150 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (50 g) grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
- Mix in melted butter and egg.
- Gradually add flour and salt. Knead for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
- Punch down dough and divide into 12 equal portions.
- Roll each piece into a smooth ball.
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish close together. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, parsley, and salt.
- Brush rolls generously with garlic butter.
- Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly over the top.
- Bake for 18–22 minutes until golden brown, cheesy, and bubbling.
- Brush with extra garlic butter (optional) and serve warm, pull-apart style.
Notes
- For best results, use fresh ingredients.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- These rolls can be frozen before baking; just thaw and bake when ready.
