Ingredients
Scale
- 1 loaf French bread or Italian bread (sliced in half lengthwise)
- ½ cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 4 garlic cloves, minced (or 2 tsp garlic paste)
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese (optional, for extra flavor)
- 1 cup warmed marinara or pizza sauce (for dipping)
- 1 cup nacho cheese or homemade cheese sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and salt until well combined.

- Slice into pieces. Serve warm with marinara sauce and cheese dip on the side.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes to the garlic butter mixture.
- Feel free to use any type of bread you prefer.
