Ingredients

  • 1 lb large fresh strawberries
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream (optional, for smoother filling)
  • ½ cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry strawberries.
  2. Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise.
  3. Use a small spoon or melon baller to hollow out a small cavity in the center for filling.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy.
  6. Mix in heavy cream if needed for piping consistency.
  7. Transfer mixture into a piping bag (or zip bag with corner snipped).
  8. Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar until crumbly.
  9. Pipe cheesecake filling into each strawberry cavity.
  10. Sprinkle with graham cracker crumble on top.
