- 1 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- Wash and dry strawberries.
- Slice each strawberry in half lengthwise.
- Use a small spoon or melon baller to hollow out a small cavity in the center for filling.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat until creamy.
- Mix in heavy cream if needed for piping consistency.
- Transfer mixture into a piping bag (or zip bag with corner snipped).
- Mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and sugar until crumbly.
- Pipe cheesecake filling into each strawberry cavity.
- Sprinkle with graham cracker crumble on top.
Notes
- For a lighter filling, omit the heavy cream.
