- 1 cup (240 ml) heavy cream (or whipped topping)
- ¼ cup (50 g) granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved
- 2 green apples, diced (Granny Smith recommended)
- 1 banana, sliced (optional)
- 1 cup seedless grapes (optional for extra color)
- ½ cup graham cracker crumbs or crushed digestive biscuits
- ¼ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Extra strawberries or apples for garnish
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Gradually add the heavy cream and beat until fluffy and creamy.
- Chill while preparing the fruit.
- Wash, dry, and cut all fruit into bite-sized pieces.
- Pat them dry with paper towels (especially strawberries and apples) to avoid watering down the cream.

- Top with mixed fruit evenly.
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over the top.
- Drizzle generously with caramel sauce.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.

- Feel free to mix in other fruits like blueberries or pineapple.
- Can be made a few hours in advance; just keep it refrigerated.
