Description

A quick and delightful flatbread topped with creamy brie, sweet cranberries, and crunchy walnuts, finished with a drizzle of hot honey.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 naan flatbreads (or store-bought pizza crusts)
  • 1 small wheel of brie, sliced (or brie wedge)
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries (or whole-berry cranberry sauce)
  • 1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped + toasted
  • 12 tbsp olive oil
  • Hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
  • Fresh thyme (optional)
  • Pinch of sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil.
  3. Arrange brie slices over each flatbread.
  4. Sprinkle evenly with cranberries.
  5. Top with walnuts.
  6. Bake 8–12 minutes, until brie is melting and bubbling and edges of naan are golden.
  7. Drizzle hot honey generously over top.
  8. Add a pinch of sea salt.
  9. Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
  10. Serve warm and watch it disappear.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, use a hotter variety of honey.
  • Feel free to substitute the walnuts with pecans or almonds if preferred.
