Description
A quick and delightful flatbread topped with creamy brie, sweet cranberries, and crunchy walnuts, finished with a drizzle of hot honey.
Ingredients

- 2 naan flatbreads (or store-bought pizza crusts)
- 1 small wheel of brie, sliced (or brie wedge)
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (or whole-berry cranberry sauce)
- 1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped + toasted
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- Hot honey (store-bought or homemade)
- Fresh thyme (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Brush flatbreads lightly with olive oil.
- Arrange brie slices over each flatbread.
- Sprinkle evenly with cranberries.
- Top with walnuts.
- Bake 8–12 minutes, until brie is melting and bubbling and edges of naan are golden.
- Drizzle hot honey generously over top.
- Add a pinch of sea salt.
- Garnish with fresh thyme sprigs.
- Serve warm and watch it disappear.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, use a hotter variety of honey.
- Feel free to substitute the walnuts with pecans or almonds if preferred.
