Instructions

- Stir in milk, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth and lump-free.
- Gently fold in blueberries. You can swirl them slightly through the batter to create a marbled effect.
- Cook on high for 1 minute 30 seconds to 2 minutes, depending on your microwave’s power (start with 90 seconds). The cake should rise and look just set on top.
- Let it cool for 1–2 minutes. Top with extra blueberries and a sprinkle of sugar. Optional: drizzle with a little vanilla cream or custard for a luscious look.
