- 1 ½ cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Blue food coloring (gel preferred, for vibrant color)
- 3 bananas, sliced
- Whipped cream for topping
- Crushed cookie crumbs for garnish
- Fresh blueberries & banana slices for decoration
Instructions
- Mix crushed wafers/graham crackers with melted butter.
- Spoon into the bottom of clear cups to form a crust layer.
- In a bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
- Stir in sweetened condensed milk and softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gently fold in whipped cream and vanilla.
- Divide pudding mixture in half. Tint one half with blue food coloring until vibrant.
- In each cup, layer: crust → white pudding → banana slices → blue pudding → repeat.
- Pipe whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
- Garnish with banana slices (ears) and a blueberry (center).
- Refrigerate cups for at least 2 hours to set.
- Serve chilled with spoons.
Notes
- For best results, use gel food coloring for a more vibrant blue.
- Make sure the cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps in the pudding.
- Chilling the cups allows the layers to set properly.
