Description

A delightful and unique dessert featuring layers of blue velvet pudding, bananas, and a crunchy crust, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups crushed vanilla wafers or graham crackers
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream (whipped to stiff peaks)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Blue food coloring (gel preferred, for vibrant color)
  • 3 bananas, sliced
  • Whipped cream for topping
  • Crushed cookie crumbs for garnish
  • Fresh blueberries & banana slices for decoration

Instructions

  1. Mix crushed wafers/graham crackers with melted butter.
  2. Spoon into the bottom of clear cups to form a crust layer.
  3. In a bowl, whisk pudding mix with cold milk until thickened.
  4. Stir in sweetened condensed milk and softened cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gently fold in whipped cream and vanilla.
  6. Divide pudding mixture in half. Tint one half with blue food coloring until vibrant.
  7. In each cup, layer: crust → white pudding → banana slices → blue pudding → repeat.
  8. Pipe whipped cream on top.
  9. Sprinkle with cookie crumbs.
  10. Garnish with banana slices (ears) and a blueberry (center).
  11. Refrigerate cups for at least 2 hours to set.
  12. Serve chilled with spoons.

Notes

  • For best results, use gel food coloring for a more vibrant blue.
  • Make sure the cream cheese is softened to avoid lumps in the pudding.
  • Chilling the cups allows the layers to set properly.
