Description

Delicious white chocolate peanut butter nests filled with Cadbury Mini Eggs, perfect for Easter or any festive occasion!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 11 oz bag white chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter (creamy)
  • 8 oz can chow mein noodles
  • ~36 Cadbury Mini Eggs

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, microwave the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl for about 1 minute, stopping and stirring every 15 seconds. Continue until everything is nice and melted.
  2. Stir in powdered sugar and peanut butter. Mix until everything is smooth.
  3. Pour chow mein noodles in and with a silicone spoon stir and fold gently until everything is well mixed and coated.
  4. Spray a standard-size muffin tin with nonstick spray. Wipe with a paper towel to make sure it’s not extremely oily in them.
  5. Using a rounded tablespoon, scoop and drop into the tins and press down to make a dip in the middle like a nest.
  6. Put 3 eggs in the middle of the nests.
  7. Place in the fridge for 20 minutes or until solid and then pop out of the tins and serve! If you have trouble, try using a fork to help you.

Notes

  • These nests can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the fridge.
  • For a fun twist, try adding other candies or nuts to the nests!
