Description
Tender baked potatoes piled high with smoky pulled pork, creamy ranch sauce, crispy bacon, melted cheese, and fresh chives—comfort food at its finest!
Ingredients

- 4 large russet potatoes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups cooked pulled pork (leftovers or store-bought BBQ pulled pork work perfectly)
- ½ cup BBQ sauce
- ½ cup ranch dressing (or homemade ranch dip)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, cooked crispy & crumbled
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub potatoes clean and dry.
- Rub with olive oil and salt. Place directly on oven rack.
- Bake 55–60 minutes until tender when pierced with a fork.
- In a skillet, reheat pulled pork with BBQ sauce until hot and saucy.
- Slice each potato open lengthwise and gently fluff insides with a fork.
- Pile BBQ pulled pork on top.
- Drizzle ranch dressing over pork.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheddar, crispy bacon, and fresh chives.
- Best enjoyed warm, straight from the oven with extra ranch or BBQ sauce on the side.

- Leftover pulled pork can be used for this recipe.
