Delicious air fried peaches topped with vegan vanilla ice cream and granola.

- 3 peaches (firm but slightly ripe)
- 3 tablespoons vegan butter (softened)
- 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- to taste vegan vanilla ice cream (for topping)
- to taste granola (for topping)
Instructions
- Prepare the peaches: Cut each peach in half and remove the pit.
- Make the filling: In a small bowl, mix together the softened vegan butter, coconut sugar, and cinnamon until well combined. Add a spoonful of the mixture into the center of each peach half.
- Air fry: Place the peach halves cut side up in the air fryer. Cook at 350°F for 10 minutes, or until the peaches are tender and caramelized.
- Serve: Remove from the air fryer and serve warm topped with vegan vanilla ice cream and granola. Enjoy!
