Description
Deliciously crispy mushrooms cooked in the air fryer, seasoned to perfection.
Ingredients

- 8 ounces cremini or white mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
- Chopped fresh parsley (optional, to taste)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375F.
- In a prep bowl, toss the mushrooms with the olive oil and then sprinkle on the garlic powder, onion powder, some salt & pepper, and the parmesan cheese and toss gently.
- Spread the mushrooms in an even layer in your air fryer basket, cook for 5 minutes, flip using tongs, and then cook for another 5 minutes or until desired level of crispiness has been reached.
- Serve with fresh parsley sprinkled on top if using.

- For extra flavor, you can add other herbs or spices to the mushroom mixture.
