Description

Deliciously crispy air fryer chicken wings tossed in a spicy sauce, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic salt
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • ⅓ cup Frank’s hot sauce
  • A squeeze of lemon
  • Homemade ranch dressing
  • Celery sticks

Instructions

  1. Pat dry chicken wings. Add wings to a bowl with onion powder, garlic salt, paprika, and black pepper. Toss to combine.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Coat basket with cooking spray. Working in batches if needed, cook wings in a single, uncrowded layer for 10 minutes. Flip, then cook an additional 6-10 minutes, until crispy at the edges and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly whisk together butter, hot sauce, and lemon until combined. Add wings and toss until very well coated.
  4. Serve with ranch dressing and celery sticks. Also great with chipotle aioli, dill pickle dip, and tartar sauce.
