- 3 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk (no white)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 2 tbsp chocolate chips (or chunks)
- Optional: extra chocolate pieces or hazelnut spread for topping
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until creamy and smooth.
- Stir in flour and salt until just combined — do not overmix.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Microwave method: Pour into a small microwave-safe skillet or ramekin and cook for 40–60 seconds (depending on your microwave power).
- Oven method: Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 8–10 minutes, until golden on top but still gooey inside.
- While warm, top with extra chocolate pieces or a drizzle of condensed milk. Enjoy with a spoon straight from the skillet!
