Description
This slow cooker top sirloin steak is tender and flavorful, perfect for serving over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
Ingredients

- 3–4 pounds top sirloin steak (cut into 1-inch cubes, fat trimmed)
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 4 tablespoons butter (sliced into pats)
- 1 cup beef broth (low-sodium preferred)
- chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Trim excess fat and gristle from the steak, then cut into even 1-inch cubes.
- Place steak cubes in the bottom of your slow cooker in an even layer.
- Sprinkle au jus mix and onion soup mix evenly over the meat.
- Place butter pats on top of the steak pieces.
- Pour beef broth evenly over all the ingredients.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until meat is fork-tender.
- Garnish with chopped parsley if desired and serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles.
